Qualifications & Requirements:
1.Spanish proficiency at a working level; prior experience working in Latin America is preferred.
2.Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Investment, Finance, or related fields; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is preferred.
3.Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with a solid understanding of financial planning, cost analysis, budgeting, cost accounting, and other financial management processes.
4.Strong business acumen and insight into capital markets, with sharp analytical skills in numerical data, interpersonal interaction, planning, and execution.
5.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively in diverse, cross-cultural, and multi-ethnic work environments, and to drive alignment on team goals.
